Transitioning to the role of an inflight sky chef with Gulf Air, Mouncif was instrumental in designing innovative inflight menus tailored for a variety of international destinations. His role extended beyond culinary creation, as he trained ground staff across the globe, ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeded passenger expectations.
Relocating to Qatar, Mouncif established himself as a leading figure in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, particularly within the oil and gas sector, where he orchestrated high-profile events globally. Concurrently, he managed his company’s interior design division, delivering breathtaking projects, including the iconic NOBU restaurant in Doha and EATALY in Qatar Mall.

With over 23 years of experience in the UAE, Mohamed Karmaoui is a seasoned professional who seamlessly blends hospitality expertise with community management mastery. Currently, Mohamed spearheads the Capital Club Dubai, an exclusive haven for business leaders. As General Manager, he orchestrates the club’s success,
from crafting winning strategies to overseeing daily operations and ensuring impeccable service for every member and guest.
Prior to Capital Club, Mohamed led the charge at PLACE Community Managers, where he navigated the intricacies of large- scale residential and commercial properties. His portfolio boasted high-rise towers, villa communities, and even the Dubai International Financial Center. He skillfully translated complex governing documents into operational strategies, ensuring efficient management and happy residents.
Mohamed’s journey began in the world of luxury hospitality, from managing outlets at the One & Only Royal Mirage to leading a team of 185 at Al Sahra Desert Resort. As the President of the World Gastronomy Organization (WGO), Mina Hanafi brings over 18 years of experience in the luxury hospitality and gastronomy sectors.
